Warrior Principles® Program 

Based on the bestselling book, "Warrior Principles: Harnessing the Power of Resilience," groups of up to 20 employees commit to a 6-month program dedicated to building resilience and leadership skills. During these 6 months they receive monthly training (90 minutes), a facilitated peer coaching session (90 minutes), and an online community with resources, videos, and curated conversations. Leadership Masterminds

The best leaders know the wisdom is in the room - and we facilitate the best ideas for your employees. Our facilitators work with your staff in a monthly format to solve your short-term and long-term challenges. Groups are limited to eight individuals for optimum confidentiality and productivity. Subject matter experts are engaged on a case-by-case basis to help leaders facing difficult, lasting, or industry-specific challenges.


Mentoring Programs

We help you build a dependable, interactive mentoring program to complement your leadership development program. This includes pre- and post-training for both mentors and mentees, mentor-mentee matching, and ongoing facilitation of events to encourage the mentor-mentee relationship.
